PoC offer
In three weeks you know whether VAP cuts the risk on your floor - with numbers, on your cameras, at a price you know up front. Prices exclude VAT.
What you get in three weeks
- A working system on your site - up to 6 cameras, zones and rules for forklift-pedestrian and person-in-zone, alerts where your team already works.
- A handover record with numbers: false alarms per camera per day, uptime, how many cameras your box carries. You decide on your own data, not a demo video.
- Evidence behind every alert - snapshot, clip, audit trail - ready for the inspector or the insurer.
- Written confirmation on day one that your cameras detect what you care about. The default model knows people and vehicles; there is no dedicated forklift class, so we verify it on your footage before going further - no week-three surprises.
How it works
- Before start: you send the camera list and one still from each. We sign the data processing agreement. You source the box - we check the quote within a day.
- Day 1: verification on your cameras, in writing.
- Week 1: install, zones, rules, alerts to your channel.
- Week 2: tuning around your shifts, measuring false alarms.
- Week 3: handover record with numbers - your three included months of operation begin.
Why a PoC first? Because a serious decision is made on your own numbers, not on a presentation. Install, zones and tuning are the work that brings the system to life - so they are paid for, and the same price includes your first three months of operation.
Price
- Onboarding - €2,900, one-off: one site, up to 6 cameras, three weeks of onboarding and your first three months of operation; remote install and handover, written record.
- Decision after three months: continue on a 12-month subscription or stop - no further obligation. You watch the system on your own cameras, with your own numbers, for three months before you sign a year.
- Day-one insurance: if verification shows your cameras are not enough, we stop - you pay one working day, €650, and keep the written assessment.
- Next site - €1,450: one week, up to 6 cameras, no day-one check - you already know the system and the zone patterns repeat. It joins your existing subscription.
- On-site day - €650 + travel at cost, if you want us there.
SaaS tiers (after onboarding)
Team €249/mo (6 cameras, +€35/cam) · Site €449/mo (12 cameras, +€30/cam) · Business €799/mo (24 cameras, up to 3 sites, +€18/cam). One site is Team or Site; several sites are Business. 12-month subscription from your decision, billed monthly; after the first year month to month with 30 days' notice. Event retention up to 90 days is included (default 30). Annual prepayment: −10%. For a forklift warehouse we recommend Site: 12 cameras cover docks, main aisles and exits, run on one box, and quarterly tuning is included.
Alerts where your team already works
Nothing new to learn. The alert, with its evidence, lands in the tool your shift already watches:
- Email - your SMTP or our EU sender; works from day one.
- Webhook - for everything else: Slack, Power Automate, Zapier, your SIEM or VMS. Signed JSON with the full event, no middleman.
Each channel has its own severity threshold and cooldown, so the night shift gets what is urgent, not everything. A connection to your AI assistant (MCP) is available on request.
What the subscription covers - in plain terms
- Included: the system running under our monitoring, new versions and security patches, alerts and the console, our defects fixed (the target first-response time depends on the tier), quarterly remote tuning (Team and up), email support.
- At €80/h: new cameras, new zones and rules after handover, changes on your side (a moved camera, a new network, a rearranged hall), your box outside our software, training beyond the handover. Model training on your footage and site visits per the price list.
One channel for requests, a clear response time for urgent issues, a wish list for everything else - so both sides know what to expect.
PoC prerequisites - can we start?
Answer this yourself, without a call. If you have an NVIDIA GPU and cameras that speak RTSP, we can start.
Your cameras do not need reconfiguring
Capacity follows the card, not the camera menu. Measured 2026-08-02: the card ceiling on a 1080p input is 174.9 inferences/s, against 174.7 on a 640x360 substream - the same number. A frame costs 10.9-12.5 ms at any resolution. A 640 px substream still saves ~13 % of frame time and a good deal of LAN bandwidth, but it is not a requirement.
What you need
| Component | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| GPU | NVIDIA Turing or newer, 8 GB, with NVDEC | 16 GB with ECC memory |
| VRAM | 2 GB free | 4 GB (0.4 GB + 0.16 GB per camera, measured) |
| CPU | x86-64 with AVX2, 4 cores | 8 cores (0.217 core per 1080p stream for decoding) |
| RAM / disk | 8 GB / 128 GB SSD | 16 GB / 512 GB NVMe |
| Network | camera LAN + outbound 443 - zero inbound ports | |
| OS / Python | Ubuntu 24.04 LTS; Python 3.14 (not in the distro archive — installed per the runbook via the deadsnakes PPA) | |
Older cards (Pascal, e.g. Quadro P1000 or GTX 10xx), Jetson and other ARM machines are out - the installer refuses them. Before you buy a box, send us the vendor's quote - we check it within a day.
What is not supported
No GPU, no site. Measured on the same box: one camera reaches 17.2 inferences/s (4.7x slower), and four cameras do not degrade gracefully - they collapse to 5.8/s in total with a p95 of 1.07 s per frame. The 5 s frame-to-alert budget is gone before the event even leaves the box.
Whose box it is
| Path | Who owns it | When it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Your own box | you, and it stays yours | you already have a GPU server, or buy one to our spec |
| Integrator's box | partner | the partner already runs demos, or sells you the box |
Your video stays with you - by design. Detection runs on the box next to the cameras; only events with their evidence travel to the centre. No employee footage leaving the site, no inbound ports into your network, no bandwidth bill: video never leaves it. Our access is a single outbound tunnel, sessions logged, closed when the PoC ends. We do not sell hardware - we give you the spec, check the quote and install on your box, which stays yours.
Out of scope unless written
Jetson production SKU, VMS plugins, multi-site rollouts, biometrics / face ID / emotion / scoring, counsel-signed opinions, production SLA.
